We are currently looking for a Project Officer to join our dynamic team, which plays a crucial role in the successful execution and delivery of the company's diverse real estate projects. With a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and quality, the department oversees the entire lifecycle of development projects, from design, construction and handover process. Our team of highly skilled and experienced professionals in architecture, engineering, construction management, and project planning collaborate seamlessly to ensure that each project aligns with Swire Properties' vision and meets the highest standards of excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support on procurement and tendering process; monitor construction progress and conduct handover
• Support Project Manager and/or Assistant Project Manager to ensure completion on time
• Support on cost control
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to monitor design process, government submissions and approvals, construction progress and standard of workmanship
• Liaise and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and Government regulatory bodies
• Attend meetings with consultants and contractors and monitor progress of design, procurement and construction
• Prepare and update reports and presentation materials
• Assist in preparation of budget, cash flow and cost control documents

REQUIREMENTS 

• Degree in Building Surveying or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years’ experiences post-graduate experiences in building construction industry
• Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Adapts approach and demeanour in a timely manner to match the shifting demands of different situations
• Able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Energetic, self-driven and detail-minded team player
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Auto-CAD, Building Information Modeling, scheduling and similar projects control software
