Project Officer (Contract) (Ref.：CHA/66424)
Requirement:

• Associate Degree /Diploma holder or above
• Five passes in HKCEE including English and Chinese or five passes in DSE including English and Chinese at level 3 or above
• Preferable with minimum 2 years of project management, logistic management and customer service experiences
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work independently, a good team player, multi-tasking, track projects and follow through with assigned tasks

Job Duties

• Manage logistics operations and handle general administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with relevant regulations
• Build and maintain good customer relations, delivering excellent customer service through proactive, caring, and efficient communication via telephone, email, and digital channels
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects to achieve overall performance standards, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet organizational goals.
