Project Officer (Operation)

Job responsibilities:

• To assist in project (including government-funded project) planning, coordination and execution of large-scale local and overseas exhibitions or events related to commercial sectors;
• To handle the construction and decoration works of exhibitions or events, including venue setting, design, tendering and costing;
• To provide logistic and administrative support for efficient project management;
• To handle enquiries from exhibitors and provide all-round support for on-site operations during exhibitions or events, including weekends and public holidays;
• To work closely with internal teams, government departments and vendors;
• To provide secretariat support to the Board of the company, including the arrangements for meetings, preparation of circulars, agendas, reports and minutes;
• To perform other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• University graduate with 1-2 years’ relevant work experience in Event/ Project Management, Business or equivalent;
• Mature, Self-motivated, energetic and good team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Detail-minded, well-organised, good analysing and problem solving skills;
• Able to multi-task, work under pressure and tight schedules with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of written skills, especially Chinese, and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Well-versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Knowledge in AutoCad, AI and Photoshop will be an advantage;
• Willing to travel and work overtime;
• Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.

• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive
