Job Duties

• Assist in checking the user interfaces and copywriting of the App and website and conducting various tests on the systems for the incorporation of a suitable e-payment platform in company system
• Assist in checking the accuracy of various transaction / reconciliation / exceptional reports generated, development of enquiry channels, assurance exercises and publicity works, etc,
• Assist in checking files and records for providing relevant input to the system contractor in relation to electronic record-keeping
• Assist in verifying/counter-checking that the system contractor has properly incorporated the user requirements into the electronic keeping system
• Assist in re-organizing paper files and file indexes for electronic storage
• Assist in scanning paper file records/documents into electronic storage
• Perform other duties as assigned

Employment Terms

• 6months work contract, with possibility of renewal
• Work Hours - Mondays to Fridays 0918-1818
• Working location: Kwun Tong
• Salary : $24,974 per month

Candidates Requirement

• A recognized Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social science, business administration or science, or equivalent;
• Attained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
• At least 2 years full time postgraduation working experience; andPossesses knowledge of computer word processing skills (Chinese and English) and computer operation in Ms Word and Excel.
