Responsibilities:

• Handling the procurement of general supplies, uniform, and printing
• To obtain quotations from suppliers and make purchases in the best interest of the company
• Perform regular checks on prices in the market
• Regularly review the par stock levels of the stores
• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the superiors from time to time

Requirements:

• High school or equivalent education is required; Certificate / Diploma in purchasing & supply chain management is preferred
• Experience in hotel purchasing field is an advantage
• Knowledge in PC (Excel/ Word).
• Responsible, well-organized and attention to details
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Purchasing Officer
