QA and Admin Assistant/ Officer ( Food ) 
Location : Kwai Chung, Salary : 18-22K

Job Duties:

• Maintain the HACCP system & factory hygiene / food safety
• Investigate and follow up customer complaint;
• Monitor daily factory administration incl. maintenance of equipment and facilities
• Support the annual audits of key customers locally and in Macau
• Convey regular staff training

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Food Science;
• working experience in food industry is preferred but is not must, if the other industry also will be consider ;
• 0-2 Years QA or QC exp in any product
• Knowledge in ISO, HACCP and GMP management systems is preferred;
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese;
• Independent, hardworking and self-motivated;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated & with strong sense of responsibility;
• Fresh graduate in Food Science also will be consider
• Immediate available preferred

 

Senior QA Manager/ QA Manager /Assistant QA Manager/Sr. QA Engineer( Electronic Consumer/ Electrical household/ Small Appliance, Station PRC Shenzhen/ Fujian, 5 Days), salary ( 30-50K)

• Responsible for supervising a team of engineers in product design review, product testing, conducting quality & production process audit, handling vendor assessment & approval and monitoring supplier’s quality improvement program.
• Degree or above in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 10 years relevant experience in manufacturing of electrical household with at least 2 years in managerial level Good knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and international safety standards preferred
• Solid experience in managing quality issues and product testing Good communication and supervisory skill Meticulous, cost- conscientious, initiative with good analytical and problem solving skill
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Quality Assurance

 

Toys Sr. QC Manager/ QC Manager ( Station Dongguan ) Salary : 40K

Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to merchandising team to ensure products comply with all customer necessary requirements.
• Familiar with customer self inspection program
• Provide product quality analysis base on market/consumer’s feedback. Conduct root cause investigation.
• Conducts factory inspections; assess, evaluate and improves manufacturing facilities’ quality management.
• Communicate quality control information (the requirement, inspection plans and quality standards) to relevant department
• Liaise with 3rd party inspection when required
• Manage QC department in China for each team member to coordinate production QC inspections and monitor results. Liaise with vendors and inspectors to optimize efficiency.
• Instruct staff in quality checking procedure and provide training
• Develop QC inspection specifications and procedures and oversee its’ implementation at manufacturing facilities.
• Provide update and weekly report to the management

Requirements :

• Diploma / University graduate in Engineering / Quality Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years relevant quality control experience in the toys industry
• Good knowledge of worldwide toys safety standard
• Strong in carrying out on quality control and strong communication and negotiation skill to work with both suppliers and buyers
• Good analytical skill and able to deal with problem solving
• Self-motivated, well organized, responsible, hardworking and mature
• Experience in trading office environment is preferred
• Work in China office (6 days in Dongguan)
• Immediate availability is preferred
