As a QA Lead, you will lead a small team in creation and execution of test cases to ensure that the company’s tech products are all of the highest quality. You will work closely with our engineers to coordinate test plans, reproduce and prioritize reported issues. You will maintain accurate, up to date test plans and coordinate accordingly with each of the team members.

- Strong communicator: it is of great importance to communicate frequently within team to inform them of updates or changes.
What you will need:
- At least 6 years of strong QA experience, including experience with mobile and web platforms
- At least 3 years experience in managing a QA team
- Degree holder (business or engineering degree preferred)
- Proven success in planning/writing, executing and maintaining manual & automated test suites with commercial, open source or homegrown tools
- Hands on experience in manual testing
- Has strong understanding when and how to use automation
- Experience working with team tracking tools such as JIRA
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Robotium, or Mocha is added advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese is an advantage
- Support off-hours work based on business needs
