Quality Assurance - Global Private Bank

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA testing to assess the quality of the business processes in Asia including onboarding, SOW profile periodic review and trigger event review
• Validate and summarise QA results
• Prepare QA reporting materials and management information
• Support ad-hoc thematic reviews
• Communicate with various stakeholders to implement remediation action plan

Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• 2 years of work experience in quality assurance testing, compliance monitoring, audit
• Knowledge of private banking lifecycle, SOW corroboration, Customer Identification Program requirements
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong team player with the ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with a good sense of risk and control
