• Our client is one of the most famous financial brands in Hong Kong. Due to business needs, a QA Officer is needed to join their team.

Role

• Prepare correspondent documentation such as UAT plan and defects reportEnsure product/service quality meets user's expectation
• Communicate with the product development team to obtain user requirements
• Conduct user acceptance test for both PC and mobile (iOS/Android) applications
• Address and record application defects, communicate with relevant parties on defect fixing and required modifications
• Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Aspired to work in the finance sector
• Experience in quality assurance or relevant experience for more than a year
• Knowledgeable in various mobile platforms configuration
• Detail-oriented with good logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Having a testing mind-set with a passion for quality
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
