Quant Dev Python - Top Trading Firm

My client is a leading global quantitative trading firm and they are now looking for a key engineer to contributing to the development and enhancement of core systems across research, data, and electronic trading.

• Build and improve critical components supporting systematic trading and research workflows.
• Work closely with traders and quants to deploy, operate, and refine strategies.
• Develop and maintain scalable frameworks for quantitative modelling and backtesting.
• Contribute to clean, modern system architecture using best‑in‑class tools.
• Explore new technologies and bring forward ideas to improve performance and productivity.
• Support robust data pipelines and real‑time trading infrastructure.

• 2-10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with additional languages is a plus.
• High standards for code quality, testing, and development best practices.
• Understanding of real‑time or high‑performance systems is beneficial.
• Experience with CI/CD or DevOps workflows.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Web frontend experience is a plus.
