Role Overview

We are seeking Python Quantitative Developers to join the both Equities and Crypto desk as a key member of the team. You will be responsible for building and enhancing the core technology stack for systematic trading, focusing on front-office systems that power algorithmic trading strategies. This role involves working closely with traders and quants to roll out, support, and automate 24/7 trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Core Development: Build and enhance the core technology stack for systematic crypto trading.
2. Front-Office Systems: Develop front-office systems for algorithmic trading, including PMS, risk engine, reconciliation, and connectivity.
3. Trading Support: Work with traders and quants to roll out, support, and automate 24/7 trading strategies.
4. Architecture: Design clean architecture and leverage state-of-the-art tools and components.
5. Innovation: Bring new ideas and experiment with emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Experience Level: 2–15 years of professional experience.
2. Core Language: Strong Python skills.
3. Code Quality: Very high standards in code quality and good development practices.
4. Application Knowledge: Experience with real-time, robust, scalable, and quantitative applications.
5. System Architecture: Ability to architect high-throughput end-to-end systems.
6. Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
7. DevOps: Experience with DevOps and CI/CD (AWS advantageous).

Nice-to-Have:

1. C++ experience.
