Working collaboratively with senior quantitative research analysts to develop an understanding of complex financial markets, products, and strategies
Analyzing financial market data to identify patterns and potential opportunities
Developing forecasts and building predictive and profitable trading models
Employing in-house tools to perform strategy exploration and optimization
Evolving trading strategies and methodologies to improve current systems
Researching, exploring and seeking out new alpha signals
Designing trading models
Introducing new and alternative data sets into the trading process

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

Problem solvers who are driven, self-motivated, and \"outside of the box\" thinkers
Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in a quantitative field ( Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science)
Strong problem solving skills, math skills and attention to detail
Programming skills and understanding of basic programming concepts. Experience with C/C++ and/or Python
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Must be motivated, dependable, and responsible
