R&D Position - Green Synthesis (2024 Campus Recruitment)

Research Direction 1: 1. Main research direction: organic synthesis and process optimization 2. Specifically engage in the research of new POPs substitutes, carry out compound synthesis, and implement process optimization 3. Carry out preliminary application research of compounds, conduct structure-activity analysis based on the application results, deduce group influencing factors, and design a series of compound routes. Research Direction 2: 1. Main research direction: organic synthesis and process optimization 2. Specifically engage in the research of fluorine-containing compounds, carry out compound synthesis work, and implement process optimization 3. Carry out preliminary application research of compounds and conduct structure-activity analysis based on the application results. Research Direction 1: 1. Master's degree students, majoring in organic synthesis, organic chemistry, chemical technology, applied chemistry, chemical engineering, etc. 2. Have organic synthesis experience and be able to independently implement the organic synthesis of compounds 3. Have skills such as compound retrieval, synthesis route design, synthesis implementation, separation and purification, and master the use of commonly used compound retrieval, literature retrieval, spectrum analysis, mapping, and office tools 4. Strong hands-on ability, focus on teamwork and communication 5. Have basic chemical engineering and chemical experiment safety skills. Research direction 2: 1. Master's degree students, majoring in organic synthesis, organic chemistry, chemical technology, applied chemistry, chemical engineering and other related majors 2. Experience in organic synthesis, able to independently carry out organic synthesis of compounds 3. Skills in compound retrieval, synthesis route design, synthesis implementation, separation and purification, and mastering the use of commonly used compound retrieval, literature retrieval, spectrum analysis, mapping, and office tools 4. Strong hands-on ability, focusing on teamwork and communication 5. Possess basic chemical engineering and chemical experiment safety skills.
