Real Asset Investment Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, sector mapping, and thematic analysis across real estate and infrastructure sectors.
• Perform financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis for potential investments, including direct assets, operating platforms, funds, and co-investments.
• Support due diligence processes (commercial, financial, technical, legal) and coordinate external advisors.
• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and recommendations for the investment committee.
• Monitor portfolio performance, track KPIs, and support asset management initiatives.
• Assist in screening new mandates, partners, and managers, and maintain internal databases and documentation.
• Stay current on regional market trends, regulatory developments, and deal flow.
