Handling reception and general administrative work
Answering incoming calls and transferring, and taking call messages
Greeting customers/taking care of visitors-external & internal
Monitoring the conference room booking system and process
Arranging couriers, mailings, and office supplies
Ensuring the reception and general office areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
Office Admin
Managing and monitoring the daily office supplies and pantry food and drinks
Working with the supervisor for daily vendor management, including but not limited to vendor selection, vendor evaluation, billing, validating and payment work
Assisting consultants in booking hotels, service apartment & air tickets, and visa application
Acting as the local contact to coordinate and assist events, and marketing activities
Assisting Executive Assistants and providing case team support when needed, e.g., mass mailing, binding, photocopying, and other general office tasks
Providing support on any ad hoc administrative work or projects as and when required
J ob Requirements
Fluent command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
2-3 years experience in reception / admin / customer services experience
Helpful, energetic and cheerful team player
Well versed in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing.
Contract role with potential for conversion
