Receptionist / Customer Service Officer (Life Operations)

HKMC Annuity Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited, is an authorized insurer to carry on long term insurance business and facilitate retirement financial planning through the provision of annuity products in Hong Kong.

Job Descriptions:

1. To provide general reception, administration and clerical support, such as handling incoming phone calls and courier service, as well as greeting guests in a professional manner;
2. To ensure tasks are completed accurately in a timely manner;
3. To provide office support to the team as required;
4. To participate in other ad hoc duties or projects as assigned from time to time; and
5. The employment will be on a contract basis and subject to renewal.

Requirements:

1. HKDSE / Form 7 or above, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in reception, customer service or administrative duties;
2. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage;
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent customer-oriented mindset;
4. Good computer skill including MS Excel and Word, and Chinese word processing;
5. Strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure with tight schedule; and
6. Self-motivated with good team spirit and problem-solving skill.
