The Role
Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for connecting people with opportunities? We are looking for a bright, ambitious Recruitment Coordinator to join our Talent team.
Whether you are a recent graduate eager to launch your career in Human Resources, or an experienced coordinator looking for the next step, this role is your gateway into the heart of our business. You will be the backbone of our recruiting function, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every candidate and hiring manager. This is a hands-on role where you will learn the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting a high-performing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate Experience Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates. Schedule interviews, coordinate travel (if required), and ensure every candidate has a world-class experience from application to offer.
Administrative Excellence: Manage a high volume of interview logistics across multiple time zones using [Applicant Tracking System, e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday]. Ensure all candidate records are accurate and up-to-date.
Stakeholder Support: Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to coordinate feedback sessions and facilitate decision-making.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the scheduling process and suggest improvements to make us faster and more efficient.
Reporting: Assist in maintaining recruiting reports and tracking key metrics (time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, etc.).
Offer Management: Support the offer process by preparing offer letters and assisting with background check coordination.

Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable learning new software (Google Suite/MS Office, Slack, Zoom) and can navigate an ATS with ease.

Proactive: You don’t just wait for tasks; you anticipate needs. If a schedule conflicts, you come with solutions, not just problems.
Discrete: You handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
REQUIREMENTS:
The High-Potential Graduate:
Bachelor’s Degree completed (any discipline).
Proven leadership experience in university (clubs, societies, sports teams) or internship experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., hospitality, retail, administration).
Strong academic record demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
The Experienced Coordinator (1-3 Years):
1-3 years of experience in a coordination role (Recruitment, HR, Admin, or Executive Assistant).
Proven ability to manage a high volume of scheduling requests efficiently.
