Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the whole process management of instant retail business recruitment, deeply understand the business, grasp the recruitment needs, and build an excellent talent team for the rapidly growing business 2. Responsible for the search, interview and judgment of mid- to high-end talents, and talent upgrade of the management team 3. Responsible for recruitment related projects, such as talent mapping, participating in salary surveys of talents in the industry, etc. 4. Manage recruitment channels, such as headhunting channel management and recruitment website resource management 5. Analyze recruitment data and analysis, and give suggestions to the business team and HRBP on talent and job allocation to improve recruitment effectiveness.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in recruitment, and rich experience in talent recruitment 2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, excellent Internet production and operation talent selection, interview and selection capabilities, high interpersonal sensitivity and influence 3. Love recruitment, strong self-motivation, and strong stress resistance.
