We are looking for a Recruitment Researcher with a focus on the financial services industry.

Founded in early 2017, QHire focuses on serving clients across investment banks, private banks, corporate banks, asset management firms, and private equity firms. Each QHire consultant possesses deep expertise in their specialized fields.

Job Description

• Conduct targeted headhunting projects to source high‑quality candidates for clients’ hiring mandates
• Source new candidates through cold calling, database searches, networking, and online tools such as LinkedIn
• Support senior consultants in all aspects, including updating mappings/lists/systems, conducting market research, and identifying strong candidates for meetings or calls

Job Requirements

• More than 2 years of full‑time working experience after graduation
• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in Recruitment , Financial services , or Sales is preferred
• Energetic, hardworking, and demonstrates strong integrity
• Able to work under pressure
