Job Description - Regional Finance Manager (HK$ 60K)

Your new role

Financial Management & Review
- Oversee the financial performance of entities within Greater China and Southeast Asia.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate and statutory requirements.
- Monitor financial KPIs, identify variances, and provide insights to management to support business decisions.
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across the region.
Accounting Oversight
- Review accounting processes, ensuring adherence to company policies, regional GAAP, and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with local finance teams and shared service centers to maintain high-quality financial records.
- Ensure proper management of accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and general ledger activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors and local accounting firms when required.
Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements in each country.

What you'll need to succeed

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA/ACCA is a must.
8-10 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably in a regional role within multinational environments.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAPs across China and Southeast Asia.
Proven experience in financial review, internal controls, and process improvement.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in English and Chinese
