Outsourcing Activities Management : The BPO Manager performs and manages all outsourcing activities associated with assigned categories, including the development of sourcing strategy, competitive bidding, benchmarking, negotiation, and contracting
Client Relationship Management : Developing and maintaining relationships with client personnel to understand business operations, procedures, and functions

Improvement Assessments : Providing assessments to improve client internal controls, accounting and cost procedures, and financial statements
Performance Monitoring : Monitoring and assessing the performance of outsourcing partners against agreed-upon metrics and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as necessary to address any deficiencies
Job Requirements
Over 5 years in regional indirect procurement and experience in handling business outsourcing activities
Strong at negotiation and communication skills
Ability to perform and manage all outsourcing activities associated with assigned categories, including the development of sourcing strategy, competitive bidding, benchmarking, negotiation, and contracting
