Regional Lead - Investment Operations

Our client a leading global Asset Manager with over USD 200 billion in AUM is looking for a Regional Lead, Fund & Investment Operations to lead regional fund operations across Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end fund and investment operations across the region
2. Ensure smooth BAU delivery, operational controls, and regulatory compliance
3. Lead process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives
4. Manage service providers and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Front Office, Risk, Finance, and Technology
5. Drive operational resilience, governance, and incident management
6. Lead and develop regional operations teams while improving scalability and efficiency

Requirements:

1. Strong experience in investment operations and/or fund administration within asset management or financial services
2. Proven leadership experience managing regional teams and operational delivery
3. Good understanding of fund structures, investment lifecycle, and operational controls
4. Experience working with Asia markets and regional stakeholders
5. Exposure to automation, process enhancement, and operating model improvements is preferred
6. Familiarity with systems such as BlackRock Aladdin is advantageous
