The products are packaged with recyclable materials while the containers block damaging visible light and lengthen durability of products. To faciliate their expansions in APAC, they are currently looking for a Regional Branding Manager to join their HK regional office. about the team.Working closely with the Regional Director who is based in Hong Kong, you are expected to travel frequently to your regions including China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. The team encourages new ways of working and supports ideas exchanging. about the job.
Define branding and marketing strategies base on different regions' needs and limitations
Close collaborations with and clear guidance to distributors on building brand awareness in order to drive business growth in the regions
Drive initiatives from planning to concept and delivery including budget, agency liaison, management, execution, analysis and optimization
Being the brand's social and digital ambassador
Collect competitive intelligence, consumer insights, overall market/economic trend
Initiate branding campaigns both online and offline
skills & experiences required.
10+ years of experience in the branding and marketing business, preferably within the beauty/cosmetics/FMCG field
proven track record in driving brand awareness and sales through marketing initiatives
experience managing APAC regions is a MUST
Fluent in English and Chinese is a MUST; additional Asian language will be a PLUS
Ability to travel 50% of the time
