Regional Professional Education Specialist

Primary Purpose

This position is responsible for performing a scope of duties in supporting and implementing professional education for health care professionals in the Asia Pacific Region.

Key Accountabilities

• Support and implement Professional Education based on the Medical and Scientific Affairs Department’s policy and priority measures
• Develop, budget, implement and support annual activity plan of regional Health Care Professional training activities
• Coordinate with all key stakeholders including Regional Training Groups (NGO) / Society Chairpersons, secretaries, faculties, local organizers, Company/ distributor members on professional education subjects swiftly and appropriately to deliver high quality training
• Support managers to develop and execute any other assigned tasks and projects

Inherent Requirements

Formal Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree holder, major in medical or scientific related fields

• Comprehensive knowledge in the area of health care professional education and training
• Strong project management skills with ability to plan and organize work activities to ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively to achieve organizational goals

• Strong work ethic with expectation of excellence from self

• Willingness to Travel
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Experience

• 3 years of relevant experience in Medical Industry, preferably gained from sizeable companies
