Pay

HK$38,290 to HK$61,618 (HGPS Pt 15 – 25) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff at the end of each 3 years during the 9-year contract period subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Undertake general nursing and supervisory duties.

2.

Carry out infection control duties including:

-       Perform daily hospital infection control surveillance and generate report.

-       Perform infection control audit work according to infection control guidelines and protocols.

-       Perform and organize infection control training or workshop for hospital staff.

-       Monitor hospital infection control practice.

-       Assist in implementing infection control initiatives.

-       Participate in investigation and control of infection or outbreak in hospital.

-       Provide education, advice and counselling to patient, caregivers and staff on infection control related issue.

-       Required to provide support service to cluster hospitals or perform on-call duties if necessary.

Entry Requirements

1.

A Certificate of Registration (Part I) and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong.

2.

Fluent Cantonese.
