Responsibilities:

• Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients through regular visits (including travel).
• Drive reinsurance business development to achieve annual KPIs.
• Draft reinsurance treaty clauses and provide innovative reinsurance solutions for novel products.
• Monitor product development trends in the Mainland China and international insurance markets, compiling regular product insight reports.
• Possess life reinsurance pricing capabilities to provide preliminary pricing support within authorized limits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics or other related majors.
• 10 years of relevant working experience in the insurance industry, reinsurance industry experience is preferred.
• Holders of North America/UK/China positive actuarial qualification (FSA/FIA/FCAA) are preferred.
• Familiarity with proportional/non-proportional reinsurance business models.
• Excellent stress tolerance and problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and proactively identify business innovation opportunities.
• Existing industry connections/network is a plus.
