Meet the Team
The Strategic Business Services department is responsible for the global structuring and execution of new and complex investment team structures and strategies. Within the department, the Trading Services team supports the onboarding and integration of internal and external portfolio managers and their teams onto the Millennium platform. The team partners across Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities and Quant Strategies, working closely with stakeholders across the firm to deliver coordinated, high-touch platform enablement.

What You'll Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for planning, coordinating and executing onboarding activities for internal and external portfolio managers and their teams
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Equities, Fixed Income, Commodities and Quant Strategies to deliver a seamless onboarding experience
• Build a strong understanding of portfolio manager requirements and coordinate delivery across Risk, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Human Resources and other partner teams
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery to improve the portfolio manager experience, strengthen strategy support and enhance data capture
• Support strategic initiatives related to new strategies, products, markets and trading systems
• Provide high-quality advisory guidance to portfolio managers as they establish themselves on the Millennium platform and leverage its capabilities effectively

What You Bring
• 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably within a hedge fund, allocator or prime brokerage environment
• Strong knowledge of Asia market structure, including equities execution flows, trading strategies and the operational processes of a hedge fund or broker
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work effectively across business lines and functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and actionable next steps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment in complex, fast-moving environments
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus, particularly for supporting communication with Mandarin-speaking portfolio managers
