Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking - Top Chinese Bank

About the Role:
Join a top-tier Chinese bank and play a key role in supporting Mid-cap clients within the Commercial Banking segment. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a designated portfolio, build strong client relationships, and deliver tailored banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Mid-cap and listed companies clients within Commercial Banking, especially for cross-border business
• Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
• Strengthen existing relationships via cross-selling and promoting corporate banking services
• Prepare well-structured credit proposals in line with delegated authority
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and maintain proactive credit quality management
• Achieve individual and team business targets

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
• Minimum 4 year of experience in banking as RM or ARM
• Strong understanding of commercial banking and client relationship management
• Experience in cross-border finance is an advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English
