Responsibilities

• Maintain a portfolio of Macau clients, providing comprehensive financial solutions to meet their diverse needs
• Develop new Macau local business relationships
• Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell a range of banking products and services to existing clients
• Collaborate with various teams within the bank and to deliver seamless client experiences
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and procedures
• Contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the Macau market segment

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of the Macau market and their financial needs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, be cooperative across all units
• Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications
