Relationship Manager, Private Banking

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an individual business plan to achieve client acquisition, business referral and establish a book of new business
• Manage a client base of high net worth individuals to achieve business penetration and portfolio growth
• Work within a collaborative environment to deliver the most appropriate products and services integrating investment consultants and other business partners
• Provide advise-based solutions that solidify long term relationship, while exploring and capturing additional business opportunities
• Ensure all work activities are adhered to compliance requirements as defined in company policies and procedures and local regulatory standards

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related disciplines
• Possess qualifications under SFC for marketing investment products.
• At least 3 years of relevant banking experience in serving high net worth individual customers in retail bank or private bank.
• Familiar with KYC and account documentation with knowledge of wealth management products.
• Familiar with private banking products and good knowledge in other retail banking products such as insurance and consumer lending.
• Good knowledge in risk assessment and credit analysis.
• Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
