Relationship Manager, SME Banking

Job Responsibilities:

1. Comply with internal guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements when promote SME/MME products and services, especially SFGS products.
2. Pursue bank assigned financial and non-financial KPIs.
3. Build robust SME/MME loan portfolio with good credit quality
4. Follow through end-to-end account opening and loan application via digital channel.
5. Deliver high quality SME/MME banking services in timely and responsive manner.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum 2-years SME business/B2B sales/hunting experience.
2. Matriculated or above in any disciplines.
3. Good knowledge in SME products and services, understanding SFGS product is plus.
4. Passionate on fintech and digital banking.
5. Adaptive to fast-paced startup culture, embrace can-do spirit, target-oriented and self-motivated.
6. Good command of English and confident in Putonghua speaking is desired.
7. Candidate with less/more experience will be considered as ARM/SRM.
8. Immediately available is a plus.
