Job Description - Research Analyst - Family Office

Responsibilities:

Lead comprehensive due diligence on hedge funds globally, covering all asset classes. From identifying investment opportunities to conducting operational and performance reviews, you will play a vital part in evaluating and monitoring fund managers.
Deliver timely and insightful market research to support strategic asset allocation decisions.
Build and foster strong relationships with industry players, including fund managers, placement agents, and third-party research providers, to expand our network and access to insights.
Design, develop, and refine tools and systems to support continuous portfolio monitoring and investment research processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree from a respected academic institution, ideally in economics, finance, mathematics.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in research or investment roles. Experience in the buy-side or hedge fund industry is a strong advantage.
International experience is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked overseas.
Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
A results-oriented professional with a global outlook, a self-starter mentality, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
