We are now inviting highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team:

Major Responsibilities:

• Process all kind of reservations requests, changes and cancellations received via phone, fax and mail accurately and in a timely manner
• Response proactively to guests’ queries and comments effectively, ensure their stays at the hotel are comfortable and unique
• Communicate within the team as well as with other departments to share any special guest information, preference and internal information
• Handle reasonable ad-hoc job tasks requested by supervisors and managers

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or relevant disciplines
• 1 year hotel experience in Reservations, Front Office or Sales & Marketing is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, basic knowledge in Opera PMS system will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese with good interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with excellent upselling skills
• Able to handle stressful situations in a calm, professional manner and exhibit good judgment
