Contract Title.:            Open Space Development in Tung Chung New Town Extension (East) - Phase 1 

Resident Site Staff 

We are now inviting applicants for the following Resident Site Staff positions for the captioned contract adopting New Engineering Contract 4 (NEC4) Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) as the form of contract. The captioned contract mainly involves open space works in Waterfront Promenade, Linear Parks and Cycle Park cum Skatepark in Tung Chung East areas. Construction works has commenced in April 2025.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Certificate from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Polytechnic University / Polytechnic in Hong Kong / Technical College / Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.

Remarks 

1. All qualification and working experience required should be obtained on or before the closing date for application.


2. The employment will be on contract basis and tentatively commencing from July 2025.

The candidates should have minimum academic/ professional qualification requirements of the 

above posts. 

Conditions: Appointments will be made on Agreement Term with Arcadis Hong Kong Limited in accordance with the prevailing Government’s terms and conditions. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. 

Where a large number of candidates meet the specified entry requirements, we may devise shortlisting criteria to select the better qualified candidates for further processing. In these circumstances, only shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend recruitment interview.
