Resource Specialist (Warehouse)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage the warehouse, clean the warehouse, organize the tools and manage the safety of the warehouse electricity, ensure the working environment of the warehouse is clean and tidy, and the materials in each area are stacked neatly and properly;


• Carry out warehouse functions according to warehouse system established.


• According to the process carefully earnestly implement material outbound action, Implement the outgoing inspection process of equipment in a standard manner, warehouse packing action standardization;


• According to the process carefully earnestly implement material inbound action, Check and count the goods upon receipt, and make records.


• Update International teams on order progress and status.


• Periodic count all materials in warehouse;


• Maintain asset management and compliance with audit, daily documentation tracking.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma with at least one year of warehouse management experience, or one year of IT support experience, or equivalent experience and education; 
  


• Must be self-motivated, pay attention to details, proactive, serious and responsible, professional; 
  


• Have a basic knowledge of server, network hardware/components, copper, fiber, module, operating systems knowledge and understanding of TCP/IP.
  


• IDC engineer experience will advance 
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Any Server, OS, Network or data center certifications.
  


• Fluent in English& Mandarin (listen, speak, read, and write).
