Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Responsible Officer to lead compliance, internal controls, and operational risk management across our insurance brokerage. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a critical role in maintaining regulatory standards, safeguarding business integrity, and guiding our licensed representatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure full compliance with Insurance Authority (IA) regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices
2. Oversee licensing, regulatory reporting, and audit preparation — ensuring submissions are accurate and timely
3. Advise senior management on emerging compliance risks and identify opportunities to improve business processes
4. Supervise and mentor a team of licensed representatives, fostering a culture of compliance and professional excellence

Skills & Competencies

1. Holder of IA Papers 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5
2. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Responsible Officer in insurance or financial services
3. Strong knowledge of IA regulations and brokerage operations
4. Proven leadership, communication, and business acumen
