Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing catering services and supervising F&B team
• Lead the team and maintain the restaurant operation to meet guest satisfaction
• Maintain food & beverage and service quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure outlet is ready and all materials and operation equipment needed are in good condition for the service

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Hotel F&B Service with 2 years in similar capacity
• Formal training in Hotel F&B Service
• Excellent communication to understand and respond to guests' needs & requirements
• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
