Retail Bank Front-Office Sales

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join our client's retail banking front-office sales team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality banking services and financial solutions to clients, while contributing to sales growth and customer satisfaction.

As a front-office sales representative, you will be responsible for engaging with new and existing customers, identifying their financial needs, promoting suitable banking products, and assisting with account opening and other transactional services. Your ability to build relationships, understand customer goals, and communicate financial solutions effectively will be critical to your success.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing personalised banking advice and solutions to clients.
• Generating new business through proactive customer outreach and referrals.
• Managing the end-to-end sales process for banking products such as savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and investment services.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service while ensuring operational compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and implement sales campaigns.
• Accurately maintaining customer records and utilising CRM systems for reporting and performance tracking.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record in a front-office sales or relationship management role within retail banking.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Strong product knowledge of personal financial services and current market trends.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a goal-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering compliant services in line with regulatory standards.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin would be an advantage.
• Tertiary education in finance, business, or a related field preferred.
