Job Description - Retail Banking Relationship Manager (Native Mandarin Speakers Preferred)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned Chinese background customer portfolio.
  • Promote wealth management products such as investment, insurance and other banking products.
  • Ensure the selling processes are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Work closely with Branch Managers, District Managers, Investment Counselors, Wealth Coaches and other key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proficient in Mandarin
  • Minimum 3 years of HK Retail Banking branch sales experience
  • Qualifications of HKSI and IIQE
