Retail Director

The Retail Director leads the strategic growth and operations of the retail brands in Hong Kong and Macau, ensuring brand-aligned execution while driving cross-brand synergies to maximize market share and profitability. 

Partnering with the GM, this role develops integrated business plans, identifies expansion opportunities, and optimizes sales performance through data-driven strategies and competitor analysis. 

Responsible for building high-performing field teams, the director mentors staff, implements tailored training, and fosters collaboration to elevate customer experiences across both brands. 

With strong business acumen, the role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and key retail KPIs while maintaining relationships with landlords, vendors, and stakeholders.
