Retail Excellence Assistant | Luxury Retail (Renewable Contract)
Our client is a luxury retail brand with business around the globe. They are recently looking for a Retail Excellence Assistant to support the Retail Excellence Team in implementing policy and service improvement and retail compliance.
Job Description
- Collaborate with the Assistant Retail Excellence Manager to develop and implement retail operational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Track and monitor project KPIs and performance
- Assist with retail projects and initiatives planning and rollout by following ups, coordinating boutique activities, developing training assets, reporting
- Collect timely feedback from boutiques, and provide basic level of troubleshooting by conducting preliminary investigation and issue resolution
- Collect and validate boutique compliance report for audit purposes
Requirement
- Bachelor degree's holder with minimum 1+ year of retail operation experience
- Solid knowledge and understanding of retail operational procedures, stock management, visual merchandising, and customer service
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze retail performance data
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Proficient in MS Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
