Personal Banking and Wealth Management Department is committed to providing excellent service to clients via various channels and diverse service platforms, including the extensive Branch Network, Business Banking Centres and Contact Centre. We offer a comprehensive range of financial, investment and wealth management services to personal and small enterprises customers.

Program Exposure

• Intensive and diversified training sessions and on-the-job training in various channels of Personal Banking, covering products, services, compliance, digitalization and client management
• Rotation among Branch Network, Business Banking Centres and Contact Centre

Requirements

• Graduates from universities or tertiary institutions, both fresh graduates or with working experiences are welcomed
• Strong interest in working in Personal Banking segment
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Self-motivated, passionate, energetic and strong team spirit
• Proficient in both English and Chinese
