Manage sales target, review business reports and follow-up sales progress

Client Details

My client a well known international affordable luxury fashion brand and is looking for a Retail Manager to run the whole HK business; Reporting to the Brand GM.

Description

• Build a strong retail team and motivate the retail team towards achievement of sales target & company KPI
• Review front-line sales and activity reports, and provide insightful analysis to Brand General Manager on the performance of Hong Kong region.
• Review, design, execute, and improve current processes and coordinate organisational procedures for optimised efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with C&B on daily HR-related matters employee total rewards, performance management, and employee relations
• Optimise store layouts, product assortments, and visual merchandising to enhance the customer experience

Profile

• 7 - 9 years of experience in retail and store management
• Experience in strategic planning and implementation
• Goal oriented and possess entrepreneur mindset
• Ability to initiate changes according to trends and culture
