Job Description - RFP Manager - Global asst manager

Company overview:

Our client is a Global asset manager and they are seeking a RFP Manager to be based in their Hong Kong office, working closely with the team of RFP Managers to deliver a seamless process.

About the job:

Responsible for end‑to‑end RFP/RFI/RFQ processes, coordinating with internal stakeholders to develop high‑quality, timely client proposals
Analyse client requirements and translate them into compelling, tailored responses that align with business capabilities and value proposition
Manage proposal timelines, content libraries, and documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across submissions
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and subject matter experts to strengthen bid strategy and improve win rates

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience within the asset management industry, with exposure to RFP/proposal writing, sales support, client servicing, investment writing, or marketing functions.
Excellent written and spoken English is essential; additional Asian language skills (e.g., Mandarin) are advantageous.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across functions and build relationships with internal stakeholders.
