Job title: Responsible Officer (Type 6)

Location: Central, Hong Kong

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for leading and executing corporate financing and capital market business, including advisory activities related to Listing Rules and / or Takeovers Code.
• Act as the Responsible Officer and in charge of Type 6 regulated activity of the SFC.
• Manage daily operations to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other ad-hoc duties upon request.

Requirements：

• Degree holder or above in Finance / Accounting / Law or any relevant disciplines.
• Eligible to be licensed as unconditional Type 1 and 6 Responsible Officer under the SFC.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in corporate financing gained from financial institutions.
• More than 2 years of management experience.
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is preferred.
