SaaS Cloud Platform Delivery and Operation Lead

Our client, a leading enterprise with a multi-billion dollar business, is looking for a SaaS Cloud Platform Delivery and Operation Lead, the selected candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful implementation and continuous operation of the ERP systems. This position requires deep knowledge and understanding of ERP systems, cloud platforms, and project management methodologies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in overseeing end-to-end delivery of complex SaaS solutions.

Responsibilities:
– Lead the end-to-end delivery and implementation of the ERP systems on cloud platforms, ensuring successful and timely deployments.
– Leverage your expertise in ERP systems and cloud technologies to analyze clients’ business requirements, identify gaps, and create innovative solutions to meet their needs.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Cyber Security and Network Security teams to ensure seamless integration of the ERP systems within clients’ existing infrastructure.
– Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of talented Delivery and Operation professionals, ensuring effective resource allocation and development.
– Continuously monitor project progress and actively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks that may impact successful delivery.
– Collaborate with clients, providing regular updates on project status, managing expectations, and securing customer satisfaction.
– Drive operational excellence by overseeing the ongoing support and maintenance of deployed ERP systems, ensuring smooth operation and timely issue resolution.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
– Minimum of 8 years of experience in ERP systems implementation and project management, preferably within SaaS/cloud-based environments.
– Strong expertise in cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and demonstrable knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions.
– Proven track record in leading complex SaaS software delivery projects, from requirements gathering to successful deployment, within budget and timelines.
– Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to internal teams and clients.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovative solutions.
– Professional certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) highly desirable.
– Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
