We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administration Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales administration function, working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, and a team of sales admin officers .

Description
- Lead and supervise a team of sales administrators, providing guidance and support
- Oversee supply chain management activities, including inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Collaborate with 3PL providers to ensure smooth transportation, warehousing, and distribution of manufacturing equipment.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Work closely with the warehouse team to optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges to optimize sales strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, collaborating with the sales team to understand their needs and provide outstanding customer service.
- Continuously assess and improve sales administration processes, implementing streamlined workflows and leveraging technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to sales, supply chain, and warehouse activities.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales administration, preferably in the manufacturing equipment industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and oracle.
- Familiarity with working with 3PL providers and warehouse operations.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
