Job Description - Sales Admin/ Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaking, Contract)

Our client, a wholesaler based in Japan & China which selling seafood and processed foods products, is seeking a Sales Admin/ Assistant Manager.

Duties: 

  • Manage daily sales administration, including but not limited to follow up order arrangement, issue sales invoices, prepare sales reports and quotation, handle phone call and email enquiries
  • Handle shipping and logistics documents, prepare delivery schedules and create invoices
  • Maintain a good relationship with existing clients
  • Go on a business trip or client visit 
  • Handle office operations and support their setup and growth in Hong Kong
  • Other ad hoc duties as required 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with logistics and wholesale
  • Good team player and communication skill
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and Japanese with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to travel to Mainland China for client site visits occasionally
  • Energetic with positive mindset, able to be multi-tasking, work independently with the ability to work on tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to deal with ambiguous situations

Details:

  • One year contract, may convert to permanent staff 
  • Cheung Sha Wan, Mon - Fri
  • Occasional weekend standby duties on a bi-weekly basis
