Job Description - Sales Administration Executive

Department: Sales Centre - Key Dealer Sales

R esponsibili tie s:

  • Handle and resolve daily inquiries and requests from different distribution channels via the Company platform and email
  • Compile and update sales reports and consolidate analysis reports on a regular basis
  • Support the Sales team and provide all necessary backend operational assistance to the team
  • Having other ad-hoc projects as assigned

    • Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience especially CS experience would be an advantage 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

    • When you work:

  • 5 days shift duty per week
  • 8 working hours is required (including weekends and public holidays)
