Sales administrator

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily sales activities including sales order processing, tender & quotation preparation, and ordering document handling
• Assist the Project Sales Team members to maintains detailed knowledge of the company’s residential and commercial solution including project and service
• Coordinate closely with internal & external parties to ensure quality service delivered
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• HKDSE or above
• 1year sales working experience is a plus
• Candidates with experience in Engineering field would be an advantage.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduate are also welcome
